There is no preparation needed for your visit! We encourage clients to think about the spaces in their homes that need the most attention and structure. Aside from that, we prefer to view your home in its current state. It allows us to assess what is needed most and how to support you and your family. There is no shame in messes and disorganization–we’ve all been there.

We don’t need you for every step of the organizing process, but there are stages where your input is necessary. We’ll need your direction on items to keep, donate or discard. Specific rooms in the house require more of your time than others.

We will outline this information in your detailed proposal and review any in-depth questions during your in-home consultation.

The time needed to complete a project varies depending on how many spaces we are organizing, the square footage, the amount of things in each area and how quickly you can make decisions during the sort, edit and purge stage.

How does it work?

Absolutely! Your project, photos, financial investment and any details of your organizing relationship are between you and Simplified Spaces.

Contributing to our social media channels with before and after photos or sharing your experience in a client testimonial is optional.

At Simplified Spaces, we understand that every project and household budget is unique. We are happy to use any organizing products you currently own in the space; however, we will also recommend products we feel are necessary to accomplish your personal organizing goals.

Simplified Spaces will source and purchase products needed for your project upon client approval. We are happy to provide you with any trade discounts we have and will never mark up product prices. Organizing products are charged separately and are not included in the hourly rate.
